Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information ExecutionHub Core ("ExecutionHub", "we", "us") collects when you use the platform, how it is used, and the choices you have. ExecutionHub is execution infrastructure — we automate trade replication across brokerage accounts you connect and authorize; we do not provide investment advice.

We collect only what is necessary to operate the platform:

• Account information from Google Sign-In (name, email, profile image).
• Broker session tokens and account identifiers you authorize us to connect.
• Execution data: orders placed, replication results, timestamps, and broker responses.
• Basic usage and diagnostic data to keep the platform reliable.

Information is used to authenticate you, execute and replicate trades you initiate, enforce the risk controls you configure, maintain execution history, and improve platform reliability. We do not sell your data.

Broker session tokens are encrypted at rest and used solely to place and manage orders on your behalf, exactly as instructed by you. We never use broker access for any purpose you have not initiated.

Execution history and account data are retained for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterward as required for reliability and compliance purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

You can review, export, or request deletion of your data by contacting us. Disconnecting a broker revokes our access to that account immediately.
