Terms of Service

Last updated: July 5, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing in to and using ExecutionHub Core, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. What ExecutionHub Is

ExecutionHub Core is execution infrastructure that replicates trades you place on a master brokerage account across other brokerage accounts you connect and enable. ExecutionHub is not a broker, investment adviser, or portfolio manager.

3. No Investment Advice

ExecutionHub does not provide investment advice, trading signals, research reports, or guaranteed returns. You remain solely responsible for every order placed through the platform, including its suitability and any resulting gains or losses.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • You must have the authority to connect and trade on every account you link.
  • You are responsible for configuring risk controls appropriate to your trading.
  • You must comply with your brokers' terms and applicable securities regulations.

5. Beta Software

ExecutionHub Core is currently in public beta and provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Features may change, and occasional downtime or errors may occur. Use appropriate caution, especially with live capital.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExecutionHub is not liable for trading losses, missed executions, broker outages, or other damages arising from use of the platform.

7. Termination

You may stop using ExecutionHub and disconnect your brokers at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or misuse of the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
